These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of services provided by SolidTouch Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for clients located in Central Illinois.

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

USE OF SERVICE

SolidTouch Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to the fullest extent permitted by law.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through our platform.

TERMINATION

Access to services may be terminated for violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

FEES & SATISFACTION POLICY

All services are non-refundable once fulfilled. If a concern arises, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review. Follow-up services may be arranged for an additional fee. Refunds are not issued.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation: 100% of the service fee
• More than 24 hours’ notice: no charge

Once a service is booked, all Clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Services are priced by scope, not by time. Pricing is based on the selected service and the disclosed condition of the property. Additional services must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.

PROPERTY CONDITION & PREPARATION

It is expected that the property will be reasonably accessible and free of excessive clutter. Undisclosed conditions, heavy buildup, or excessive clutter may limit the scope of services performed.

BIOHAZARD & UNSAFE CONDITIONS

If conditions at the property present a safety or biohazard risk that was not disclosed in advance, including but not limited to blood, human or animal waste, medical waste, or other hazardous substances, SolidTouch Cleaning reserves the right to decline or discontinue service. The service will be considered completed and payment will be processed in full.

WINDOWS & SCREENS

SolidTouch Cleaning does not remove window screens. Screens may be wiped while in place. If screens are removed by the Client prior to service, they may be cleaned at the Client’s request. SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for damage to fragile or aged screens.

ACCESS TO PREMISES

The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service date. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

SolidTouch Cleaning maintains general liability insurance, subject to policy limits. SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for damage to unsecured, fragile, or deteriorated items.

DAMAGE REPORTING

Any claim of damage must be reported to SolidTouch Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion. SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for damage reported after this period.

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, age, or pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to blinds, fixtures, appliances, finishes, or fragile or deteriorated surfaces.

PHOTOGRAPHY

By accepting these Terms, the Client authorizes SolidTouch Cleaning to capture before-and-after photos of the property for quality control, documentation, dispute resolution, and marketing purposes. Photos will not include personally identifiable information.

PETS

We love pets and enjoy being around them. For the safety of your pets and our service providers, Clients are responsible for securing pets during service. SolidTouch Cleaning is not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured doors or gates.

PRIVATE HIRING

Clients agree not to directly hire or engage individuals affiliated with SolidTouch Cleaning for cleaning services without prior written consent.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By accepting these Terms, you authorize SolidTouch Cleaning to charge your payment method for the agreed service fee and any approved additions.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMER

SolidTouch Cleaning operates as a platform connecting Clients with independent service providers and does not directly perform cleaning services.

UPDATES

SolidTouch Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
